The Checkley is among the most popular of our self build bungalow designs, packing five sizeable bedrooms into a spacious and intelligent layout.
Three reception rooms and a sun room complement the three Ground Floor bedrooms, with a study and utility room also among the features downstairs. The First Floor area is more compact but still has room for two further bedrooms, both en-suite, and a storage room.

Purchase Your Plans
Every build starts here. Our associates at Houseplans Direct own the designs of all of the Inova-Space standard house kits.
They will walk you through the process of finalising your design, and offer advice if required.
They offer a full customisation and visualisation service.
Planning Permission
Houseplans Direct will produce drawings for you suitable to make your planning application.
If amendments to the plan have been made, we can confirm the final price at this stage.
You now submit your planning application.
Order Your House
Once planning permission is granted, you can place an order with us, and look forward to the building of your dream home.
From point of order, delivery of your new house can be as little as 10 – 12 weeks.
Assembly of an Inova-Space house can be completed in as little as 2 weeks.
