The Hildersley is another of our traditional bungalow house plans, offering generously-sized rooms due to creative planning and economical use of the space available.
All of the main rooms are accessible from the main hallway / corridor and the spacious kitchen / diner is easily adaptable to either being partitioned off into two rooms or remaining as one open-plan area. The Master Bedroom features an en-suite and walk-in wardrobe leaving the other two bedrooms free to share the well-proportioned main bathroom. The handy utility at the rear also includes an additional WC.

Every build starts here. Our associates at Houseplans Direct own the designs of all of the Inova-Space standard house kits.
They will walk you through the process of finalising your design, and offer advice if required.
They offer a full customisation and visualisation service.
Planning Permission
Houseplans Direct will produce drawings for you suitable to make your planning application.
If amendments to the plan have been made, we can confirm the final price at this stage.
You now submit your planning application.
Order Your House
Once planning permission is granted, you can place an order with us, and look forward to the building of your dream home.
From point of order, delivery of your new house can be as little as 10 – 12 weeks.
Assembly of an Inova-Space house can be completed in as little as 2 weeks.
