The latest in our range of modern dormer designs is The Madley, which combines traditional country styling with a contemporary layout.
With living, family and dining rooms on the Ground Floor, as well as a large kitchen / breakfast room, this is a property that offers plenty of entertaining and reception space. Our standard design shows a garage, but this of course can be omitted if required, or used for other purposes. Up on the First Floor, we have four well-proportioned bedrooms with dormer windows, two en-suites and a family bathroom. This fantastic addition to our modern dormer designs is completely customisable, should you wish to revert to an open-plan layout or reconfigure to three bedrooms.

Purchase Your Plans
Every build starts here. Our associates at Houseplans Direct own the designs of all of the Inova-Space standard house kits.
They will walk you through the process of finalising your design, and offer advice if required.
They offer a full customisation and visualisation service.
Planning Permission
Houseplans Direct will produce drawings for you suitable to make your planning application.
If amendments to the plan have been made, we can confirm the final price at this stage.
You now submit your planning application.
Order Your House
Once planning permission is granted, you can place an order with us, and look forward to the building of your dream home.
From point of order, delivery of your new house can be as little as 10 – 12 weeks.
Assembly of an Inova-Space house can be completed in as little as 2 weeks.
