The first in our range of 2 bedroom dormer bungalow plans, the Westgates is a study in the art of simplicity.
The kitchen and dining areas can be self-contained or open plan to suit your tastes, while the family room and study are separated to provide that all-important peace and quiet when needed. Purchase Your Plans
Every build starts here. Our associates at Houseplans Direct own the designs of all of the Inova-Space standard house kits.
They will walk you through the process of finalising your design, and offer advice if required.
They offer a full customisation and visualisation service.
Planning Permission
Houseplans Direct will produce drawings for you suitable to make your planning application.
If amendments to the plan have been made, we can confirm the final price at this stage.
You now submit your planning application.
Order Your House
Once planning permission is granted, you can place an order with us, and look forward to the building of your dream home.
From point of order, delivery of your new house can be as little as 10 – 12 weeks.
Assembly of an Inova-Space house can be completed in as little as 2 weeks.
