The Cadnam

The Cadnam has optimised space, making it the perfect home for you gym equipment, office equipment, bar or anything else. Equally suited to a corner plot, or as a freestanding feature, the Cadnam has a mono pitch roof, and is designed to be compliant with the requirements of permitted development, therefore It doesn't require planning permission (we advise you speak to building control to confirm this in your area). The Cadnam is available from a bare shell for the keenest of DIY'ers, through to a fully installed building.

Our garden rooms are constructed with 95mm wall and floor panels and 145mm roof panels as standard, however thicker options are available to provide greater thermal performance if required.

• Numbered panels and connecting timbers for the floor, walls, and roof
• Specialist screws to secure the corner and roof panels
• Special foaming glue for the joins
