The Lymington
The Lymington is an exercise in contemporary thinking, in part inspired by the angular geometry of Frank Lloyd Wrights designs, the overhanging canopy adds drama and a pleasing shadow line to the aesthetic. Suitable for any garden layout, the Lymington has a mono pitch roof, and is designed to be compliant with the requirements of permitted development, therefore It doesn't require planning permission (we advise you speak to building control to confirm this in your area). The Lymington is available from a bare shell kit for the keenest of DIY'ers, through to a fully installed building.
Our garden rooms are constructed with 95mm wall and floor panels and 145mm roof panels as standard, however thicker options are available to provide greater thermal performance if required.
