The Lyndhurst
The Lyndhurst is on of our favourite rooms, and is very popular with our customers. Featuring a sheltering canopy, the Lydhurst is always a welcoming site.. Suitable for any garden layout, the Lyndhurst has a mono pitch roof, and is designed to be compliant with the requirements of permitted development, therefore It doesn't require planning permission (we advise you speak to building control to confirm this in your area). The Lyndhurst is available from a bare shell kit for the keenest of DIY'ers, through to a fully installed building.
Our garden rooms are constructed with 95mm wall and floor panels and 145mm roof panels as standard, however thicker options are available to provide greater thermal performance if required.

Our garden room flat-pack kits include:
- A set of assembly drawings and construction manual
- Numbered panels and connecting timbers for the floor, walls, and roof
- Specialist screws to secure the corner and roof panels
- Special foaming glue for the joins
